Hard to beat this place! First off they do a phenomenal job and they actually do what you ask. A lot of places around here listen to your request and do their version of it. These ladies will do exactly what you ask of them. (I learned that the hard way when I asked for a high fade). I was used to everyone else doing a medium fade when I’d ask for high and almost no fade when I’d say medium. Not here! They are spot on and it’s awesome! I’m so grateful for these ladies! They are old school and show tons of patriotism. The cash register, chairs, and decorations are all original to when this place opened, and it’s absolutely amazing! The ladies are very sweet and they’re great with kids. With how life is anymore this place is a breath of fresh air. There’s something powerful about walking into a business and feeling right at home. When most people come in here they all seem to know each other and everyone’s kind, respectful, and their all playful with one another. I started bringing my girlfriends son here and he loves it too. The staff and customers are all so good to him! You can go to the higher priced places and play haircut roulette with the ever revolving barbers or you can give this place a shot and find your new home!! If you haven’t noticed I strongly recommend this place and I’m VERY picky about who touches my hair! Just to be fair I will point out one thing some would consider a negative. They only take cash as payment, still worth every bit of time it may take you to pull out a little cash!

This was not the 1st place we have taken my son .... but I wish it was! We've been to 3 other places and this is the 1st that gave him a GREAT haircut, 1st that used Clippers and 1at that was reasonably priced. We have been so use to giving $20+ tip or more for poor hair cuts ,that when she was done we gave her what we are used to handing over and she looked at us and said are you sure it's only $12 "yes ma'am this was great" . We will definitely be returning.
