My father showed me this place & I went here for the first time today and I love that their smoothies/shakes are actually healthy. I am a health nut and this place will now be my go-to after a weightlifting session. Low-carb, low-sugar & high protein. The smoothie was minimal in sweetness which is perfect for me since I try to stay away from sugar. Most smoothie shops false advertise their smoothies as healthy yet throw loads of sugar in them and a miniscule amount of protein, this place does not. My only complaint would be that there is no posted nutritional information/macronutrients on the smoothies so I will have to ask everytime I try a new flavor. But I... read full review
