Very impressed with Roto-Rooter! From the office phone call to the techs that came out, everything was as promised. We originally had an appointment for a septic pumpout with another well recommended company in Panama City and mid-day of the day of appointment, on a Friday, I called for an ETA only to learn they wouldn't be out for another 4/5 days. We were desperate with toilets and tubs backing up after waiting a week. I called Roto-Rooter fully expecting a Monday answer, but they said they could get to us same day! I cannot say enough good things about Tony and Shawn. They came out to the property and emptied our septic tank but most importantly they found out what was wrong and were able to repair it at that time. They took the time to explain to us how the septic tank works, how to keep a septic tank healthy. They even took the time to troubleshoot to make sure there were no other issues happening. They were funny and very personable. I highly recommend them. We called at night, but it was dark so they couldn’t come out but they made sure to be out the next day by lunch.Services: Sewer cleaning
