had kaitlyn do my all over color and loved it. it came out just the way i wanted it. when she dried my hair and straightened it it was so shiny and smooth. definitely recommend her for all your hair needs!!!

This salon has a very relaxed atmosphere,with very warm and inviting décor. .I love the fact each stylist has their own individual private room.I have followed my hairstylist Debbie Hott for the past several years. She always does a fantastic job on my hair. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed like having a day out with the girls ! Debbie has such a great warm and caring personality, she makes me feel like I'm part of her family not just another client.Service: Hairstyling

So this is a very interesting 'salon'. It's really a consortium of independently owned and operated salons each one separate from each other. When you call, there is a person who schedules for only one stylist. When I called, not knowing any different, I made an appointment with this one stylist. Despite being very nice, it was probably the worst cut I've ever gotten and I suffered with it for a couple of weeks before calling back to see who might be able to 'fix' it. ( Now, this is a FIRST WORLD PROBLEM folks, and so swipe right if you're bothered by it. ). I was told by the receptionist she only schedules for the one person who didn't do a great job on my hair, but that she'd send a 'group text' to everyone and someone would call me back. Not hearing for a day or so, I called back. She then told me, 'Oh, I guess no one had an appointment.' to which I replied, 'Never again?'. She said she'd send out another text and also email the owner of Bellissimo. Within an hour I got a call back from Deanna who was extremely accommodating and scheduled an appointment for the NEXT DAY! She took a look at my pictures (the same ones I offered to the original stylist) and my hair and she fixed it! Luckily it hadn't been too short; but she was able to get it back on track and we made a follow up appointment for the next month. Just ask for Deanna, or stop by and check out the chalkboard for the name of another stylist. I wouldn't recommend the stylist they 'put you with' when you call their main number. I do not want to call her out directly in this review, but PM me if you need her name. Deanna was awesome, and that's really all that counts!! Woo Hoo. 5 star recovery!!
