All necessary repairs to the wood surface were completed without extra waste to drive up costs. Over two hours was spent just ensuring no nail went undetected on the ground. Justin personally went to get two more bundles of shingles needed to finish the job. He even offered to pay for an old faded flamingo I had forgotten to remove from my garden prior to the job.
