“I had twin sick kiddos in my care on the weekend. One is very scared of doctors and the other is prone to tantrums due to developmental delays. We went to the centracare in Orange city. Brent PA was wonderful with both of them. He even sang to them and helped carry one out to the car because she didn’t want to leave. I was exhausted after being up overnight with sick kids and this was the most compassionate thing anyone has ever done just simply helping me get both kids safely out to the car.“

“Called in advance for my wife and they were very helpful. Once we got there front office staff was fast. Nurses/med assistants were very comforting. Saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and he was great. Examined my wife and her pain and gave her so great alternatives. He did not make her go through a lot tests as he felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Picked up prescription at pharmacy 20 minutes later. This was a great experience and very comforting to my wife that she did not have a bigger issue.“
