Customers appreciate the clean and friendly environment, as well as the convenient location. The staff is often praised for their helpfulness and the UV tanning beds are consistently clean. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the spray tan service after a recent machine upgrade. The level 2 tan is reported to have an orange appearance, which has received criticism from friends and family. Despite this, the UV tanning service has not received any complaints.
