This studio Works more like a family than a business. They get to know you, their classes are suited for all levels. The owner Jennifer is one of the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. No gimmicks just wonderful group of loving caring people. I have been going there for 4 years now as a brand new yoga student. I could not be happier. They have classes from the very basic, for the elderly just looking for some stretching, to the more advanced. I never ever felt inferior in the class. Just an incredible group of people

Located in the heart of Lutz Florida, Pose by Pose yoga studio is one of a kind. I've attended various classes from Yin Yoga with Lyman to Restorative Yoga with Jennifer. Each yoga class is led by skilled and knowledgeable yoga teachers. The studio is equipped with two yoga rooms, a cute little kitchen, library and (2) bathrooms. The facility is clean bright and spacious. Pose by Pose yoga studio also offers yoga props at no additional charge and has a sweet little shop to purchase gifts for yourself or your favorite yogi. Can I get a Namaste for that! I enjoyed the studio so much that I enrolled and graduated from their 200 & 500 hour yoga Teacher Training program and also their Reiki Certification program. Fun times! Pose by Pose is one of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to! The classes are wonderfully put together by all of the teachers. I’m currently a part of the 300hr YTT and completed my 200hr with Pose by Pose as well. It’s a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people, teachers and students alike!
