Helen is phenomenal. Not o ly is she meticulous in her work, she is a beautiful soul. It is rare to meet people like her, and I greatly appreciate the love she puts into what she does and how she truly cares. She made my experience the best experience I have ever had at nail salon. Tech did a french ombre on my natural nails. She seemed to struggle keeping my hands relaxed. I have used her before and never had a problem. She dug her nails into the side walls of my nails causing pain. She also burned me with the drill more than once. When I asked her to lengthen my pinky finger, it came out really thick and pointed upwards. She also filed my right thumb down too short. It does not match my left. These are my natural nails. She seemed frustrated so I did not say anything. I will not be coming back ever!
I moved to Wesley Chapel about a year ago, and before that, I had been going to the same nail salon back home since high school—almost 20 years! After trying a few places here, I found Mya at Noire Bar and she’s been amazing. My nails finally grew out enough to take the tips off and start doing wraps, and now I only go once a month by choice instead of every 2–3 weeks. They don’t lift at all. Mya does my fill-ins, gel pedicure, and eyebrows—and she seriously kills it every time. I’m usually the first to complain about something, but I honestly have nothing bad to say.
