We were dealing with a drain issue at our home and were lucky to come across Mike Phillips. From the initial phone call to resolving our problem, Mike and Brian displayed confidence and professionalism. I appreciated them walking me through their troubleshooting steps, and offering me guidance to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
Prompt service. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 25 minutes. I have a working toliet. Told me what caused the problem so it wouldn't happen again. I thought the bill for services was in range for what he did. His manner was professional. Will call him the next time when I have a problem as I trust him.
We are thankful for Mike Phillips enterprises plumbing. We had an element go out in the water heater and a neighbor suggested we call them. Great recommendation! They came quickly, solved the problem (replaced both elements since the other one was terribly confused) in just over an hour, and we had hit water again. All at a fair price. Brian was the tech (the only one other that Mike himself) and he was quick, expert, and professional.
