I love this community! It's small with only 1 block of homes. The pool area is a great size with everything you need to entertain. The surrounding preserve is beautiful with an extra large pond at one end to walk around. It's quiet with all the right amenities. Mattamy house quality is better than most of the common builders also. HOA does go towards lawn care every two weeks and keeps the gated entrance and pool area refreshed with different flowers.
Nice pricing compared to other similar available new construction properties. Great floor plans. The building process looks to be rushed this last month as we have encountered errors that should have been avoided if the plans were followed by some of the trades.
This Mattamy Homes Lakeshore Preserves Development is centrally located North of Tampa off of Dale Mabry Highway in Lutz. The community is accessible to both Tampa, Carrollwood and the Northern suburbs of Tampa. The road network is well developed. These townhomes are both beautiful and well built in this community at a competitive price.
