the massage luxe in lutz,fl on van dyke has HORRIBLE management, specifically Sarah. her communication was so horrendous. she tried to tell me I said things I didn't and tried to tell me she asked me questions she didn't. all she cared about was selling a membership. I had an excellent massage and left there almost in tears she frustrated me so badly and didnt listen to what I was asking for, which was only my preference to pay by gift card - not a huge ask! so much for relaxation. she triggered my stress so badly. ZERO customer service.

Serious question. Has anyone been successful at cancelling their membership in this location? I tried and I am stuck with $5 being deducted every month. It is just tough to make time to go and would really want to cancel the membership.
