Dynamic has always been an above average HVAC company; I use them commercially as well as at my residence. Raziel was an exceptional technician. I required an emergency call - NO air and not only did he repair the immediate issue, he went through the entire system and explained everything he was doing - he even changed the batteries in the thermostat. My house is ice cold and I couldn't be more pleased.
I couldn't recommend Raziel enough - he went above and beyond to fix an issue that no other service technician had caught. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Raz!
