Jessica in the office was super helpful in ordering the part I needed and when the installation was too much for me to handle, she quickly scheduled an installation tech to come out and install it for me. Larry came out and right away, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and had years of experience. He looked at what had to be done for the installation of my new Halo unit and quickly made the necessary adjustments and installed it perfectly. The best part of it all, was that when Larry was done you couldn't see any evidence of my poor workmanship or anyone else. We’ve been customers for many years and wouldn’t use any other company. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and technicians. They are honest, reliable, responsive, helpful and have always done a fabulous job. They have responded and solved problems on weekends during emergency situations- Always professional, positive and pleasant. If you want to feel like a valued customer who will be well taken care of, look no further!

Our office has been experiencing issues with our A/C unit for years. At first call Dynamic sent out one of their technicians to review what we had going on. Brock came in and within minutes instantly knew what the issue had been. Throughout the repair he educated us and informed us on the entire process. It is not always that we have a company whose employees truly take the time to educate and train. Most just come in, do the job and invoice. We are grateful for Dynamic Heating and Cooling and their employees. I could not recommend them enough!
