“First time I visit a dry cleaners in years. I used to go to McNatt's on Lois Avenue...they had a wonderful employee who is no longer there. I read so many negative reviews about a variety of cleaners in Tampa, so I was apprehensive. Friends suggested I take my stained linen-blend dress to McNatt's on Ehrlich. I met Rosemary, who was recently transferred to this location (she previously was at another McNatt's location for 6 years). Rosemary was GREAT!!! I truly appreciate that Rosemary was so friendly and patient as she listened to my concerns about my linen-blend dress. And I appreciate that she was diligent in preparing my dress with specific instructions on how to treat the stain. I picked up my dress today and the stain was gone!! Even if the stain had not been removed, I had an overall positive experience at this location. Thank you Rosemary and McNatt's for a great service!!!“

“I have been coming to Quality Plus Cleaners for 4 years. They have ALWAYS been professional, fast, and good. I wear alot of sport jackets and shirts and they always come back clean and faster than I expect. I have had buttons replaced, Jeans sewed up, and had them fix one of my Jackets inseam that was screwed up by the manufacturer. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!“

“Great quality work at a great price. They were able to get my neckline and underarm areas cleaned very well. Turnaround in as little as 5pm the next day. Joanie (I think the morning employee?) is sweet and super helpful. The afternoon lady (taller, straight hair), as many others have said, is super rude and frequently locks the door. She literally unlocked the door after I was standing outside, and she didn't even to offer to open it like any other human would. She then had the smart remark to say, "I don't get to eat lunch with you customers always coming in." Like how am I suppose to know you're eating lunch at 5pm, while the open sign is on? She should get fired. But Joanie is amazing!“
