Royal Palm Pools installed our pool seven years ago. The process from start to finish was flawless. Scott and his long-time staff are the best, always professional and personable. I "interviewed" many other pool companies finding RPP offered the best quality and value without trying to push me to sign on the dotted line.Pool companies are not known for honesty and integrity but I can assure you that is what Royal Palm Pools exemplifies.

They do good work, and Jason is a very capable project manager. Their communication skills could use improvement, but that seems to be the norm in south Florida. Even though it's a year 'round season contractors in general claim to be too busy to call people back. I think it's because there are no seasons, they've never had to learn to manage their time the way we did up north.
