About Panther Ridge Conservation Center

The Panther Ridge Conservation Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to wildlife conservation and education. The center is home to over 26 big cats representing ten different species, including jaguars, panthers, and cheetahs. The spacious and well-designed enclosures allow visitors to witness the animals' natural behaviors. The staff at the center are passionate about the welfare of the animals and ensure they receive the utmost care and attention. Visitors can engage with the cats, learn about conservation efforts, and support a worthy cause. The center has a successful breeding program to help maintain the genetic diversity of these spectacular felines. Guides at the center, like Taylor, are knowledgeable and provide helpful information about the cats, answering questions and sharing their insights. Visitors can also participate in unique experiences, such as walking with the cheetahs on enrichment walks or shadowing a keeper for the day. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the cats are clearly loved and treated with the utmost care. Visitors consistently praise the staff's dedication and the center's ability to provide an engaging and educational experience.

They are a breeding facility, and babies are imprinted on humans! Not their mother's! Ask them where all the babies go? And it looks like they violated the Big cat Public safety act by letting employees interact with the animals! Swinging babies around in a video posted with employees! If it's conservation, why are the babies not with their mother's? They must do better!

I had the most amazing experience today visiting Panther Ridge. Our guide, Sabrina, was exceptional! I’m so glad we added this on to the end of our trip.

Panther Ridge’s cats live in a lush setting with many sources of stimulation. Our guide Brian was knowledgeable, giving helpful information about all the cats and answering all questions. Many of the cats have low populations in the wild or are endangered. Panther Ridge has a successful breeding program to support genetic diversity of these spectacular cats. We loved the tour and would do this again.
