The staff was very welcoming. I couldn't stop gushing over the office space. Super cute and cozy. After filling out my check-in questionnaire, Cecilia directed to the room I will be in and provided instructions on how to get ready. She spent about 5 minutes explaining what she will be doing from start to finish, which included a cleansing facial to start off, then the microdermabrasion then another cleanse, mask and serums, vitamin-c and lastly a sunscreen. It was the best facial I've had in a very long time. I frequently get microdermabrasion, and most estheticians would give a cleanse at the beginning, but to get two full facials (start and end) was a wonderful touch. I can't wait for the next session which I've already scheduled in the next 3 weeks. Lovely experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.
