“Ringler Landscape did an outstanding job overhauling the landscaping for our entire yard—both front and back. I didn’t think we were the kind of people who could hire a “landscape designer”. But Mike makes the process very approachable. He came out to discuss what we wanted and then for a small design fee gave us access to an app where we could choose plants, tress, etc that we liked. He then provided three renderings of design ideas. We worked with him to tweak things to our liking and then he put his crew to work.Fortunately we were equally impressed with his crew. This is typically the point in any project where we start to get extremely frustrated. You know how it goes—you talk to a salesman and then the workers who arrive seem to have an incomplete understanding of the scope of a job. Not so with Ringler landscape! His site manager Jim works very hard to make sure that everything is implemented as you expect. He is very customer service focused.This is one of those rare companies that actually tries to go above and beyond. You can tell that they want to provide great service and that they are very proud of the quality of their work. They are true professionals.
