“We've had quite a few (okay, alot) of issues with our AC over the past year - only because of it's age, not because it wasn't being fixed properly. Every time something has happened, we've reached out to G and he's been nothing short of a lifesaver. Our unit stopped working completely over Memorial Day weekend, but G still came out on the holiday to diagnose the problem and immediately start the process of getting a new one ordered. Him and his crew came out first thing the day the new unit was in, and spent the day installing it seamlessly. After being without AC for 6 days at the start of summer, and having to be totally displaced from our home (with a 3 month old baby in tow), it was so refreshing working with someone that cared about solving the problem and making sure we were able to finally get back into our house that same day.“
