Words cannot describe the loyalty of this entire practice, staff, and physicians. I had to come back home for immediate emergent medical attention. They did not hesitate to get me in quickly and in the time I needed. They respected every part of my current lifestyle of traveling back and forth for my career and honoring my health as a top priority. Dr. Monzel is my primary physician and Mariliz is my NP; they are the absolute accommodating providers and always go the extra mile for me. I was able to meet Dr. Pakravan in the ER and he had great bedside manner. Dr. Dhedhi performed my procedures and took very good care of me. My appointment was a follow up appointment regarding a procedure I had with Dr. Michael Monzel. My procedure went well and my follow up appointment was with Mariliz, the Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Monzel.Mariliz was wonderful. She listened to me regarding other issues I'm having and how certain medications she would like to prescribe may impact these other issues I'm having. She even made contact with the other doctor to discuss this matter and got back to me with recommendations. I really liked Dr Monzel too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful through the new patient registration process. Vivian Rosa was more then helpful giving and explaining treatment options and future care. Overall great experience and professional staff.
