“We had an accordion patio shutter placed about 20 years ago. It has worked out perfectly throughout the years. The unbelievable happened next! I was told that one of their technicians was in our area that afternoon. Brian stopped by a few hours later and evaluated our situation. He advised us that new rollers should be placed on the shutters to make everything run smoother. Brian looked at his calendar and called into the office and said he could be here tomorrow morning! He and James arrived right on time and started to work. In only a few hours, they had the shutters back in place with the new rollers working even better than when we first got the shutter 20 years ago. My wife and I watched in amazement as Brian and James worked together as a team to get the job done. Now we have accordion shutters that work perfectly.
