“For starters i wanted to say this was our first time coming to this practice with our cat dumpie/Dumpling. He was having very bad urinary issues, we previously had taken him to another vet that just wanted to do things their way, after declining surgery with the other practice they were very mean and didnt hesitate to tell us the visit was over, their doctor did not even wish to speak to us after. We then by chance discovered this practice which had an absolutely clean environment, their staff was so sweet kind and helpful with all of our needs, and when it came to the doctor i must say he was absolutely the best. He took his time to explain what our cat was dealing with,Did a full exam, he went above and beyond in giving us take home material,Gave us many options and they were very understanding, their prices are very good and i have never been to a practice so thorough, the doctor took the time to answer all of our concerns and questions and called us after to update us on our kitty.
