First of all, they confirmed my appointment right away (called Saturday and got appointment for next day, Sunday) ?. Then their technician "Jean Gonzalez" did a GREAT job! He took care of the toilet ? installation really good. He did it quick and clean.Thank you Jean and U.S. Heating & Air Conditioning, inc.
Lincoln Brown was the absolute best! He was friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my air handler and got to work immediately! He kept me informed the entire time he was working on my system, what he was doing, and how it affected the overall system. Most technicians look annoyed when customers ask questions, not Lincoln. He was educational in what he was doing and was cordial with me the entire time. He was in and out in and out in an hour and he fixed my problem (a clogged condenser drain) in record time.I would highly recommend Lincoln and USHAC!
