Justin did an outstanding job taking care of a problem with our home air conditioning system. He was very professional and obviously knowledgeable about his work. He arrived early, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, explained everything, and was a pleasure to work with. Service One will be our go-to service company for A/C needs in the future. We are 100% satisfied.
This is my second system that Alfredo, my technical sales rep, has advised me on. I had a 2 stage Daikin system installed last Fall. Electric bill just in for what has been a really hot month here in Central Florida. My system seems to be running almost constantly during the day - as it turns out, that is how it is designed for efficiency. My bill shows I used 17% less kWh than this month last year and that includes charging my new EV car daily.
John came out for an emergency water main break and turned a terrible situation into a great one. While working outside I moved a hose attached to the water main and instantly heard the snap of the original plumbing coming out of our house. Water gushing I turned off the main and called around on a weekend, instantly distraught from the whole ordeal. Service One quickly scheduled my service for the next day and once John arrived I knew I was in good hands. He walked me through the issue and repair, made me aware of different options considering this is the original plumbing on a 22 year old home.
