Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

We needed a new HVAC system as our old one that was installed when the house was built knocked out in March after just 10 years. Since we are in the Orlando area of Fl, air con is essential all year round. I met with Guy Chery the Sears local rep who gave us prices on several options. We choose a higher end very efficient Kenmore system that is very flexible..ie web control, and the ability to control humidity rather than temperature. It has been running for about a month and a half and we love it. It is saving us money as it is much more efficient. Sears also chose very good installers , KB Air, who came and installed the system in a day. They were friendly, taking care with our carpets, and cleaned up inside and out. They explained how it all worked leaving us with all the necessary paperwork. It looks and works great.

We had a new HVAC system and inside air handler with new thermostat installed. The technicians we on time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure that we knew how to use our new thermostat before they left. We will use Sears Home Improvement in the future.
