My insurance co. UPC (complete sc*mbags) dipped out and left Florida leaving me with a roof "with normal wear and tear". This was absurd because before the hurricane: No damage, after the hurricane: sections of my roof were torn up, flipped over. Wear and Tear? Go F yourself UPC. But Joey Braxl and the team at CHR assisted me all along the way. I have a beautiful new roof and I thank them for their persistence getting this resolved. The workmanship is top notch.
