As the facilities director at a large church, I would be in serious trouble if it were not for the professionalism and quality of ProAir. Every one of their operators, sales reps, and technicians that I have worked with have all been extremely kind and helpful. Their operators are polite, helping me coordinate service that fits our schedule. They are always able to provide answers to my questions or refer me to someone who can. Ralph Burch, our main point of contact is always ready to help any time of day or night and weekends. No offense to Ralph, but the best part of ProAir is their technicians.
