My roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian and my previous roofer attempted to repair the leak multiple times with no success. By the time I called Randy at J&M, months had gone by and I was at my wit's end! He was at my home and on my roof 20 minutes after that initial phone call, and his amazing team examined and repaired the leak within the week. It was so refreshing to work with honest, responsive people who knew exactly what I needed. J&M will be my first call if I am ever in need again, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

My salesman, Randy, was easy to deal with. The owner himself called me personally to say he'll make sure I'm completely satisfied. AND they swapped out a tempered glass skylight with an impact resistant skylight for free. That said, there's a couple things I could complain about, like crooked ridge shingles (I'll include a pic in case I'm just nitpicking), etc. But all-in-all I would recommend J&M *if* they are not ridiculously busy because a storm recently ravaged the area.
