Danielle is kind, patient, fully knowledgeable, and totally professional. I had a recent concern and she saw me through it with constant follow-through and thoughtfulness. She is a gem! Then when service is needed, Brad is also essential! He always has the solution and is so patient in explaining everything. I always trust my pool to Brad! We built our pool 5 years ago with Holland Pools. Steve Hoskinson did an amazing project and made sure to include every single detail we dream about a pool. Our pool has an oustanding spa, sunshelf, benches, firebowls and a nice waterfall. He did an excellent customer support during the entire planning phase and during the construction. We had some issues with the automation system after 6 months and the customer service with Holland Pools was perfect. They fixed everything that was required.
