Seth came out to our house to address an issue with our unit not properly utilizing auxiliary heat mode; Seth was kind in letting us know it was user error and just needed to adjust a setting in our Nest app. The whole service was exemplary and he was very informative regarding what he was doing and the findings of his work. When we need service in the future, Seth would ideally be our requested technician.
2 AC units installed same day. The install team headed by Luis was very informative and efficient. Answered all questions and showed me how to check the UV lights and maintenance to reduce rust since I'm oceanside.
