My dealing with Complete Air Mech Co was A1plus 5 Stars. It started with Rachel; I explained my timely situation and she had a Service Rep there the next day.I do not remember the contractor's name, but he was very professional and explained what he was doing. He also answered all of my questions. In addition, not being familiar with how the HVAC/Central Air system worked, I had many questions, which he did not make feel like I was getting on his nerves. He also told me, what I should be doing periodically to avoid problems like this in the future. And to top it off, he also told me that I was cutting my grass to low. I was referred to Complete Air Mechanical through my First American Home Warranty policy for my AC unit not functioning properly. At first, I was given a company that didn't have availability for over a week. I was reassigned to Complete Air Mechanical and they were able to come out the next day! Lisa, in the office, called me first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment for that day and Mark called me when he was on the way. He was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time and explained to me what had happened. He was super nice and informative. Overall a great experience!
Michael was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and just a good guy. he explained to us the problem and told us how he was going to fix it. Very happy with our service and air condition is working great.
