I liked the text option as well since sometimes at work I can’t use my phone. Fred was very educational and helped answer my questions even explained how to measure my current space for the new refrigerator. Delivery day was amazing. I got a window for the time and then Victor called 20mins away so it was perfect!! He set it up and I was all set. I definitely recommend and will be back for any future appliances.
