I never thought that training at ATT Longwood would have such a big impact on life both mentally and physically. ATT Longwood become my place of peace and to my coaches/teammates I am forever grateful!

I started at this gym about a year ago. I’ve boxed at two different gyms prior but had about a year hiatus so I was out of shape. The boxing training is great and the gym as a whole is very well rounded. In my year here, I’ve also started learning Muay Thai and BJJ. The trainers are all great people who take good care of folks who are new to martial arts. Within your first class you get a hang of the basics and have some solid combos by the end. There’s a great mix of pros & people just trying to learn/get in shape. I can't say enough positive things about my first training session here at ATT Longwood. I was intimidated and nervous at first as I'm new to BJJ and sparring but immediately felt better with the quality of the training staff and friendliness of the group. I was pushed out of my comfort zone by Joey and he gave excellent pointers in my technique that made a difference. A great workout with new friends and feeling more confident are what's in store here. Highly highly recommend!!
