Shay (customer service) was so helpful: she took our order, double-checked everything, and called over Elsye. Elsye, the cleaning professional, explained what cleaning methods would be used and how delicate embroidery and embellishments would be spot cleaned. “Clean, lots of machines so no wait times and spacious enough to fold laundry with out people up your backside! I feel bad for the birds they are pretty aggressive after being terrorized by strangers daily not sure if it’s the best environment for them!“

“The cleaning and pressing were excellent. There were 3 pairs of men's pants. One was blue-jeans for which I requested creases. They came back without creases. There may be a reason I do not know about, but I like creases. The very nice lady who was teaching customers how to use the new system made the request for me.“

“wow! such a great experience, I had a black tie wedding coming up with the perfect dress, but I had put on about 15 pounds and could no longer get the zipper up the last 4 inches of the dress. I had about a week and a half until the wedding and was driving around town like crazy trying to find a seamstress to do some thing. The first woman I went to told me it would be three weeks as well as $150 and offered me little to no solutions on ways to lower the price or speed up the process. A friend recommended golden needle to me and it was truly my last hope I went there 15 minutes before they closed and explained my situation. The woman was so polite and told me she could do it for $50 as well as have it done in five days. I was still apprehensive leading up to picking up the dress because of the experience I had trying to find a seamstress. When I went to get my dress, it looked absolutely beautiful. She had stopped the zipper where I couldn’t zip it anymore and sewed a beautiful corset up the back of the dress. After looking at the work, I could tell that so much care and time was put into making sure that it would be perfect as well as sturdy. will definitely be returning as well as recommending. thank you golden needle!“

“This is a family owned business, with an old-style and honest attitude. I had a minor job for them to do (sew on a pants pocket). I really was in no rush for completion, but they were done with my pants in a few days. The charge for their minor tailoring service was VERY reasonable! If I have any future sewing projects, be it in fabric OR leather, I know right where to go for quality work atca very reasonable price in a very pleasant and friendly tailor shop!“
