Blake was a great technician! Our a/c failed, Touchton was able to work us in for a service call the very next morning. Blake took the time to explain to us what was probably the cause before replacing anything and what the cost would likely be. He was polite, took his shoes off every time he came in the house, and was not pushy with the warranty. Very honest and sincere! Will use again if needed. Thank you.

I highly recommend touchton I am new to Florida and was having issues with my AC I called Cook’s first and was told it was $85 for them to come out and look to see what the problem was. When the tech from Cook’s came out he said it would cost $280 to find the leak and it might not be fixable and that it’s $100 per lb of refrigerant, then they quoted me a new unit at $11,272. I called Touchton then came out Monday the tech did a leak check and couldn’t find one and put refrigerant in. To come out was $82, leak search was $40 and 5 lbs of refrigerant $48 per lb. We had an issue with our AC not blowing cold. Called Touchton's during the middle of the week, and they were able to send someone out before the weekend. Todd was not only a polite AC technician, but was able to address the problem... and get our AC back functioning properly with in a short amount of time. My family would highly recommend Touchton's to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable AC company! Thank you
