Everything from setting up the appointment to the clean floors after was enjoyable with Pioneer. We’ve got an aging dog and 4 young children. I was certain we’d have to replace the carpet. Richard was professional but also willing to answer any questions. Our living room looks like it did when we bought the home. Our inexpensive wall to wall carpeting is 10 to 20 years old and has only been cleaned with a carpet cleaning machine, like you can rent from Lowes. We planned to replace the carpeting but can't afford it now. We decided to put more money into cleaning the carpet better, instead. Pioneer couldn't make our old carpeting look brand new but it comes pretty close now. Every single stain is gone. The discolored carpeting in high traffic areas is gone. The nap is raised, the sand, dirt and germs down in the carpet area gone and all of it is just looks and smells clean and fresh. The push- pull carpet machines can't come close to what Pioneer did for our carpeting. Punctual, professional and thorough. We will definately use Pioneer again and highly recommend this business.
