I just went through cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Loeffler and all of his staff. I highly recommend them for all of your eye care needs!! They are the best!!!
The worse service I ever received. We scheduled an appointment for Friday 04/26/24 in the afternoon almost one month in advance. After that they called to reschedule it for Monday 04/22/24 at 3 PM, which I agreed. I rescheduled my agenda to be there. When I arrived at 2:30 pm, they had me in the system but told me that I did not confirm, although we agreed in the reschedule which looks that was not enough. Besides me, in the waiting room were just three people, one arrived after me, and one left before me, for a reason I did not know. No very busy place. They offered (i) to reschedule my appointment for 05/31/24, almost one more month, but I need to confirm with my insurance... read full review
Dr. Loeffler gave me the best Christmas present ever!!! I had my cataract surgery on Dec. 9, 2014 and the very next day (just as he had said) I was able to see without my contacts. I was amazed by the clarity immediately and that there was absolutely no pain during or after the surgery. Everything was explained to me not only by Dr. Loeffler but also by his capable staff. He and his staff are incredibly professional, kind, and compassionate.. Thank you so much Dr. Loeffler!!!
