I love the way Charles does my hair and my daughter's too! Everyone there is honest they won't just tell you what you want to just to sell you products. They won't "Just squeeze you in, then rush you out."Everyone there takes great pride in what they do. We started with Robin (God rests her beautiful soul!). When I went to Robin, I told her my hair was a cross between a purple minion and a famous puppet of Jeff Dunham's LARRY!!! I had one idea, Robin so lovingly and honestly said sorry, that can't happen. Well... it could, but it won't be best for your hair. Robin took hours literally hours to fix the mess I was in. Jennie was fantastic! She cut my very long hair. I was really nervous as it hadn't been cut in the last 3-4yrs . She cut and permed (which was last done over 40yrs ago),and styled what I requested perfectly, and did my Mani Pedi as well. I will definitely go back to her. I will recommend her and Reflections.GREAT JOB JENNIE
