After a few detail-oriented, onsite meetings with David we agreed to use DB for our lawn maintenance. He suggested a number of services he provided in addition to lawn maintenance; clean-up, planting, landscpaping and garden design -- which seemed great. We gave notice to our current service provider and then the day before he was scheduled to start he called and stated that he would not provide us with the agreed upon service because 1) we have an irrigation controller he was not familiar with and 2) that my followup on the additional services he agreed to quote were beyond his abilities.
