After a few detail-oriented, onsite meetings with David we agreed to use DB for our lawn maintenance. He suggested a number of services he provided in addition to lawn maintenance; clean-up, planting, landscpaping and garden design -- which seemed great. We gave notice to our current service provider and then the day before he was scheduled to start he called and stated that he would not provide us with the agreed upon service because 1) we have an irrigation controller he was not familiar with and 2) that my followup on the additional services he agreed to quote were beyond his abilities. Really? Raking leaves and picking up branches (the additional clean-up services I had followed up on) were "beyond his abilities"? Give me a break. He gave us no notice, which left us in a predicament with no service provider. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, you can't count on DB.

Look no further just call him! Dave installed our sprinkler system and I could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. When he came for the quote he explained everything in detail and told me what we needed no matter what company we went with. When he came to install the system he once again went over what they were doing so we knew what to expect that day. Installation was quick, they programmed the system for me, and they made sure we knew how to use it before they left.
