I agreed to have my grass mowed weekly. It had been cut two weeks earlier. I was given a price of $35 and told they would send an email invoice before they came. They never sent it. They came and spent less than an hour mowing and then billed me $100 for a “clean up”. Not sure what they cleaned up. I prefer businesses that do what they say they will do. Make sure you get an invoice before they work or suffer the same fate. ??
