Business hours are 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. stop by to order around 10:45 a.m., door locked, sign says closed, mmm. I call the telephone number to inquire and it rings multiple times then goes to voicemail with a message the mailbox is full. I emailed asking what time she is open with no response. HORRIBLE way to do business!!!

I have used this florist for years and have always been satisfied until the last 2 times I have tried to order. No one answers the phone and their mailbox is full. I have have been trying to contact them for over an hour...guess I will go elsewhere.

Poor quality and horrible customer service. I will not order from here again. Ordered corsage for my son prom. No variety only white rose with choice of color ribbon. When picking up my order I asked why I wasn't able to choose the color of flowers. She responded, "This is the only one we offer & have been in business for 35 years, so it seems to be working!", with an rude attitude. Flowers were brown around edges at pick up. I will taking my future business elsewhere.
