Our kitchen subfloor was damaged due to a tiny, undetected waterline leak beneath the house. that went undetected for may months. Jose of 911 Restoration (Fort Myers) was the best by far of the three remediators we considered. Not only was his estimate several hundred dollars less than others , he treated our minnow of a job as though it was a top priority, gave us extra drying time, bored more holes in the subfloor to make sure it dried out underneath, and completed the job on budget. Fort Myers was ground zero for Hurricane Ian, by the way, and 911 was highly recommended to us by a friend whose first floor flooded. Mold remediators aren't licensed by the state... read full review
Jose & his crew did an excellent job removing mold from my condo, very thorough, explained everything even gave me an extra filter for my A/C unit. His pricing was very competitive.
