From the tear down of the old screen room to the final inspection of the new screen room and attached lanai, the owner, project manager, installation crew and office staff were responsive to our (many!!) questions. We waited 2 months to put the additions thru their paces before writing a review. The quality of the product is very sturdy and an attractive looking enhancement to our home. The screens are as taut as the first day. The insulation on the screen roof alone keeps that room noticibibly cooler. Definitely recommend this company.“
