My husband has taken our female German shepherd here several times for acute pancreatitis/gastritis . My husband is currently deployed and u had to bring our male German shepherd in for an issue. The front desk immediately got us back to a room. There was a bit of a wait ( around 2 hours ) but I also heard other pet owners crying and having been in that side of and emergency vet before , I could empathize with it being one of the worst days for them. They do triage in order of how stable pets are . Fortunately my pups issue was non life threatening, just unable to get a vet visit at our regular vet until the end of the week.

I went here with my baby yesterday and made the very tough call to let Molly go. The staff, right from walking in the door, was compassionate and caring to Molly and for myself as we let her go. I cannot say enough about the approach, compassion and understanding and gentle care they gave her. She was my girl and constant companion for 15 years. Although my heart is completely broken, I know she was well cared for yesterday. Thank you to all.
We recently bought our miniature schnauzer Emmy into VEC as she was very lethargic and not eating or drinking well. They were very thorough and caring. We were immediately put in an exam room and seen by the doctor. Thank you for treating our Emmy like your own.
