I bought a new home in Plantation at Leesburg and had Suter out to check a 2yr old unit not installed by them.
They attempted to make it do the job, but we discovered it was a 3 ton unit where the house, with vaulted ceilings actually required a 3.5 ton to work efficiently.
It didn't take but a week or so and Suter had me a new 3.5 ton unit installed & cooling the way a unit is supposed to work.
