Anatoly (the technician) was on time, personable, knew exactly what I needed for him to do the job. He offered suggestions on how to make it work easier and without cluttering up under my sink. He completed the job quickly and 100% satisfaction. While he was there he also offered to help me with other another issue that I had. He cleaned up his work area and left the sink and new faucet worked perfectly. I will definitely recommend Ross Plumbing and highly recommend Anatoly. He is a true asset to the TEAM.
