From start to finish the project went completely smoothly and all the people who were involved (sales through engineers and installers) were great to deal with. The birdcage attached to the lanai and when we finally had a roofing/siding person determine what the problem was, part of the birdcage had to be removed for the leak was remedied. I called White and they made a 2-man crew available to meet at our house with the siding person. They then removed what they had to and when the siding was finished, I called and they sent out another 2-man crew to reattach it. I waited a few days for a bill and then called and they said "oh, no charge". I was really impressed. This leaking window had nothing to do with the birdcage yet they, twice, sent a crew out to help for no charge. Between the folks I dealt with there, the quality of the birdcage build, and they're willingness to help with the lanai window I would give White Aluminum 10 stars if I could,“

I was told when work would commence and on that day I had 8 men here at 0800. By end of day I had a brand new roof and my home and yard were scoured for anything left behind.
