I arrived one and one-half hour ahead of my scheduled appointment for tests. I was pleased that the technician was able to administer the tests and did not request me to wait. She was most professional, thorough and gave comprehensive details regarding the field test as well, eye pressures and internal digital eye photographs. I walked away pleased with the care and services that were provided. Truly, the technician exhibited the care I expected.

Long (1 hour) wait past appointment time to be seen but good care and recommendations for follow up. I felt the receptionist could have been a bit more friendly in answering my questions.

Other than my surprise at all the initial paperwork I had to fill out (having thought I had pre-registered on-line), my experience at the Mid-Florida Eye Center in Leesburg was very positive. The administrators and practitioners were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They were clear and responsive to all my inquiries, and the facility is well-equipped and up-to-date.
